Yes, we can collaborate with other professionals involved in your child’s care, such as teachers, pediatricians, or other therapists. We believe in a team approach to ensure a comprehensive support system for your child and family, and highly encourage it!

Shelby Kaump, the founder of Lily Bloom Behavioral Services, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Grand Valley State University and a Master’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA), who is trained in the latest behavioral science practices, she pursues most up to date practices.

In addition to her certifications, she has extensive experience in working with a myriad of different children and families in her work. Her role as a parent also contributes to her care, compassion, and experience.

Lily Bloom Behavioral Services is ideal for parents and caregivers seeking guidance on managing their child’s behavior, families dealing with special needs or behavioral challenges, and individuals looking to improve emotional regulation and communication. Our services are also valuable for schools and childcare providers needing professional input and collaborative support, as well as for families interested in proactive, preventative strategies to enhance family dynamics.

Your behavior specialist can also serve as an advocate during the sometimes difficult IEP process, assist in potty training techniques, and even provide strategies for the implementation of charts and token systems to assist in motivating children through completing tasks in a variety of locations!

Absolutely! Sometimes as parents, we need a little extra guidance on the every day issues that come along with raising our kids.We provide support for a range of behavioral and developmental challenges, focusing on individualized strategies and interventions to address specific needs and improve overall well-being. Our services are designed to assist families in managing various issues, whether or not a formal diagnosis is in place.

At this time, all services are out of pocket due to the ability to reach across all individuals regardless of diagnosis. Because some diagnoses are sufficient for insurance to cover behavioral services, treatment plans will include any appropriate diagnostic codes, allowing for clients to submit documentation to their insurance providers, although coverage is not guaranteed.

Shelby Kaump has worked and specialized in early intervention throughout her career, but also is well equipped with strategies for a variety of ages! No matter the family structure, services are able to be provided to anyone seeking assistance in helping their family thrive.
